I use this mix in Spicy Baked Shrimp and if I want to blacken anything. Better than store bought blends.
2 tbs cayenne
2 tbs paprika
2 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs oregano
1 tbs thyme
1 tbs onion powder or onion flakes
1 tbs salt
½ tsp white pepper
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
